M. J. Flaherty has been awarded the New Marriottt Renaissance Hotel located in Boston, Massachusetts.

The waterfront hotel can easily be accessed from the New Boston Convention and Exhibition Center recently completed by M. J. Flaherty Company.  The hotel is approximately 350,00 square feet.

The New Marriott Renaissance Hotel includes.........

• 470 rooms

• 8,000 square feet of meeting space

• 10,000 square foot ballroom

• 3,500 square feet recreational center and indoor pool

Construction is slated to commence in early 2006.
